How is my security deposit handled and returned?
Your security deposit, equivalent to one month's rent, protects your sophisticated space. Upon lease conclusion, we conduct a thorough inspection compared to your move-in condition report. Deposits return within 30 days, minus any restoration costs beyond normal wear. Most of our discerning professionals receive their full deposit, treating our spaces with the same care they show clients.

Yes. The amount varies per rental and can be anywhere from 1-3 month's rent.

How does the suite renewal process work?
Leases normally run for one year, sometimes with an option to renew. Depending on the unit, we may be able to work with you on different terms.

Are pets allowed in the Salon Suites?
We will work to get you moved in according to the timeline that works best for you. Your move in date depends on the status of the property you will be leasing.

Our transparent fee structure ranges from 8-12% of monthly rental income. This comprehensive fee covers marketing your luxury suites, securing qualified beauty professionals, and maintaining the property's upscale appearance. You benefit from our concierge-level management approach without hidden charges or surprise costs that compromise your investment returns.
